Description

Percy Weasley is the third son of Arthur and Molly, an ambitious and rule-following wizard who values order, propriety, and professional achievement above almost everything else.

Background

Percy distinguished himself at Hogwarts as a prefect and Head Boy of Gryffindor House, and he joined the Ministry of Magic immediately after graduating. His ambition led him to become Junior Assistant to Minister Cornelius Fudge, but it also drove a painful wedge between him and his family. When the Ministry refused to acknowledge Voldemort’s return, Percy sided with the institution over his own parents and Dumbledore, cutting ties with the Weasleys for several years.

History

Percy finally came to his senses during the Battle of Hogwarts, arriving to fight alongside his family and reconciling with them in the midst of the chaos. The reconciliation was bittersweet — his brother Fred was killed moments later during the battle, a loss that haunted Percy deeply, knowing how much time he had wasted in estrangement.

After the war, Percy rejoined the Ministry of Magic under Kingsley Shacklebolt’s reformed administration. He rose to become Head of the Department of Magical Transportation, channeling his meticulous nature into a role that suited him well. He married a woman named Audrey, and they had two daughters: Molly (named after his mother, Molly) and Lucy.
