Description

Dust of Disappearance is a rare magical powder that renders the user invisible when sprinkled over them. The effect is temporary, but while it lasts, the user is completely undetectable by normal sight.

History

A pouch of Dust of Disappearance was awarded as the first-place prize in Wizzlethorpe’s Research Challenge at Hogwarts. The winning team consisted of Callum Vane, Declan MacMillan, and Elias Flint, who claimed the coveted prize after competing against multiple other teams.

The dust did not remain in their possession for long. It was subsequently stolen from Callum by the party — specifically, Otto pickpocketed it from him — passing this valuable magical item into the hands of the player characters.
